Terms of Service

Skinlumis is a wellness intelligence and education platform. It reads the information you share, your responses, and an optional photo, and translates it into a personalized picture of your wellness across six dimensions: skin, hormones, nutrition, mind, aging, and life stage.

The platform gives you a Skin DNA Archetype, a complete protocol, and research summaries. Every insight is grounded in peer-reviewed studies. Skinlumis is operated by Skinlumis Inc.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and your login details private.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has access.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Present yourself as a medical professional, diagnose others, or pass off Skinlumis content as medical advice.
• Copy, scrape, or attempt to extract the platform's underlying content or systems.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others, contains harmful code, or harasses another member.
• Resell or redistribute access without a written agreement with us.

The health records, check-ins, and notes you create belong to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

The information you provide, your responses, archetype results, protocols, and check-ins, forms your wellness record. We use it to operate the platform, build your personalized content, and improve the service.

• You own the information you provide.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time. Full detail lives in the Privacy Policy.

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can cancel any time from your subscription page. Access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may issue prorated refunds for service interruptions or billing errors at our discretion.
• Prices and plan inclusions may change. Any change applies at your next renewal and is communicated in advance.

The Skinlumis platform, including its name, brand, archetypes, written content, research summaries, designs, and software, belongs to Skinlumis Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You own your wellness data. We grant you a personal, revocable licence to use the platform for your own use, or the professional use your plan allows. You may not republish or commercially distribute platform content without our written consent.

The platform is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent the law allows, Skinlumis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, data, or use, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars.

We may update these terms from time to time. When a change is significant, we will tell you by email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
